Service Availability

For customers with critical operations, we recommend discussing service level agreements directly with our sales team.
User Data
For customers using our batch control Services, you retain ownership of all production data, batch logs, and operational information you input into the system. You grant IntraSync Industrial a license to use this data to provide and improve our Services. We will not use your data for marketing purposes without explicit consent. You are responsible for maintaining backups and security of your credentials.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntraSync Industrial from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento, California, in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules.
